PRE-ORDER
For items listed under this category or would like to purchase beauty products which we do not carry or is out-of-stocks.
(subject to confirmation due to custom constraints)
Not meant for urgent orders, please be expected to wait as consolidation is required for orders under this category.
For pre-order, 50% down payment will be required for confirmation. Balance payment will be collected before mailing.
Notification will be send on stocks arrival, in the event that we are unable to fulfill the order, deposit will be refund in full via bank transfer.
Cancellation/Refund request will not be entertained once pre-order is confirmed.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 3 days upon full payment received via SingPost.
Postage charges:
- Purchase include free local normal mail
- For Registered mail, additional SGD $2.24 is applicable
(tracking number will be provided)
International Order
- postage charges to be advise
**Note**
BS will not be responsible for lost or damaged mail cause during the mailing process by SingPost.
Registered mail will be recommended.
Exchange Policy
Goods sold are non-refundable. Exchange policy valid within 5 days of purchase date, subject to stock availability and based on the following condition(s):
- Item received different* from what you have
order, return shipping cost will be borne by us.
Full refund will be made if stock unavailable for replacement/exchange.
Exchange items must be return in the following condition(s):

- In original packaging
